Batson Enterprises did not buy out NFC, we’re simply a distributor of their rod blanks.

No worries a lot of people thought that at the time. It allows them to concentrate on making blanks and not having to deal with the distribution side of things.

Guys NFC did not go bankrupt. After seeing this post I emailed Trey Kistler and he replied immediately (as usual) and just laughed. NFC is as strong as ever and Mr. Loomis will not grow old in a cardboard box.

It appears they indeed are filing bankruptcy.  Sussman Shank LLP is representing them.  Perhaps contact them instead of Trey Kistler...I don't think he's a lawyer. ;)

on the NFC website at the top they just put up '' NORTH FORK COMPOSITES HAS EQUIPMENT AND OTHER ASSETS FOR SALE ''

you will see more info.I'm lazy to read everything,that's most for lawyers lol. But I don't see any discount ... Also send letter for mr Maslov about prices,-will see.
