Best NY lake along I90?

I wanted everyone's opinion on which lake to hit along I90. I'm traveling from Ohio to Connecticut  the 2nd week of August. Looking for largemouth and or smallmouth. Fishing out of 20ft Skeeter 225hp yamaha.

Well you go past quite a few.  I would say if you have the time all of them!  But I guess Onieda would be a good stop.
