Zeeter Posted July 15, 2016 Posted July 15, 2016 I'll be fishing the Adirondacks the first week of August. That's probably not the ideal time to go for Pike and Walleye, so does anyone have any suggestions? I've gotten a few spoons and big, fluffy spinners. They also have smallmouth and catfish up there and supposedly landlocked salmon. Quote
desmobob Posted July 15, 2016 Posted July 15, 2016 You might want to be a little more specific... The Adirondack Park encompasses 6 million acres. There are over 2,300 lakes and ponds, 200 lakes of at least one square mile in area, 1,500 miles of rivers, 30,000 miles of brooks and streams. Tight lines, Bob 1 Quote

Zeeter Posted July 16, 2016 Author Posted July 16, 2016 No trout gear and I'm not ready to be a fly-snob yet It's at Lake Francis, which is a small electric-only lake. Quote
