Best plave to search for used outboards?

I have a newer model mercury 8HP now, but I might be looking for a used 20-25 HP motor. Any ideas were a good place to search for one.

Withing driving distance of your home.

Buying a pig in a poke ain't the best way to pick up a good, used motor.  When you check into the cost of shipping, you'll find you can pay a lot more for a good local motor than the "DEAL" you might think your'e getting.

20 - 25's are going to be the hardest to come up with.  That's probably one of the most popular sizes for small boats.  I have two 25's but don't want to get rid of one.

Try Boat Trader online if you haven't already.  You can do a Google search for it... but I think it's simply boattrader.com    On their site, you can narrow your search by zip code, area code, geographical region, etc.

if you search on ebay you can do an advanced search to find auctions that are close to your zipcode. it will tell you how many miles.
