big bite baits Thoughts on Big Bite Baits

What are your thoughts on Big Bite Baits. I haven't used their products very much but they seem to work pretty well when I use them. What are your thoughts on their products? And does anyone know why they are so cheap?

They're good baits. Becoming a big fan of the fighting frog.

At my local DSG they are almost always on special for 1$ a pack. At an average of about 20 cents per worm, brush hog, lizard, what have you, you can't go wrong. They are always all mixed up on the hooks so you have to pull them all off there to find something good.

25 pack of brush hogs and senkos for less  than 5 bucks each.. 

Best senko alternative imo... They both weigh about the same.. 

And if you haven't tried the flying squirrel you may be missing out 

never had luck on any of there other baits.

They are cool baits for the price.  I also like some of the Mister Twister baits that are usually in the bargain bin with them

I have a bunch of Big Bite products. They make a large grub I use in the spring as a trailer on my spinnerbaits. Works great. And lately I've been finding bargain bins full of BB senko, worms, and other soft plastics. Don't really need them but buy them anyway. So inexpensive you can't pass them up.

I like there swimming craw and the paddle tail cane thumper. Both good cheap trailers

Just got a pack and I'm so pumped to try them. How do u rig the 4"? It doesn't seem as collapsible as I seen in the videos but if it prevents the lure from tearing then I'm all for it. They offer some great colors too. If some are bent either boil them for a sec or lay them out flat for a couple days. 

 

The 2 biggest fish I've seen caught were both on Bama bug big bites baits senkos. They wiggle and fall at the right speed. They are also very durable and at 25 pack for like 6$ you can't beat it. I also like the squirrel tail worm. Floats up amazing for shakey head fishing. 

I love the look of the bluegill but it's awkward to rig. The colors look amazing but I've never caught anything off of them, then again I never gave them enough time. One of my favorite brands but sometimes I'll pull out the expensive lures for more confidence I will still throw BBB over Gary any day.

I've used the trick stick, craw tube, swimming craw, yo mama, Kriet creature, and a worm with a name that escapes me.....they're all inexpensive and functional, and a good buy for the price.

I like them. I don't notice that they catch more or less fish than other plastics. My PB in my avatar was caught on a black neon Kriet Kreature.

I'm definitely missing out as all of the ones at DSG must be promo/sample bags with only about 5 baits each and the stickers all say assorted so I don't even know what bait I'm buying.

Decent baits for the price. Nothing too fancy but they work pretty well. I use the Rojas Fighting Frog, Russ Lane Yo Daddy Craw, and the Swimming Mama. I have a few packs of some of their other baits too but not more than a pack or two.

The Berkley Havoc baits are also a good "budget bait" as well.

I've used the Squirrel Tail Worm and it's fine.  Nothing about it made me feel like I had to stock up on them, but it caught fish like it was supposed to.

I use them and like them as well as any other soft plastic bait! They were $1.49 per pack and my local DSG and we bought like a dozen different packs the other day...1 of just about every color worm and craw they had. Like someone else said they only come 5 per pack and are simply listed as "assorted" with no color name on the package. I thought the Yum and Zoom were great deals at $2.99 per pack but for the money it's hard to beat Big Bite Baits!!!

Flying squirrel like the squirrel tail worms but in brush hog shape!

The first stick worm I had success using wacky style was the Big Bite Trick Stick. I also have these weighted Texas rig jigheads by them that I like. I bought them for craws but they're a little too big. But they work with big worms.
