Looking for a dock/wood flipping and pitching Rod. Normally use 18-20 pound fluro. 

Also would double as 1/2 - 3/4 football jig Rod for deeper water. 

Anyone have experience? Seem like a good fit for my intended purposes?

Sounds perfect for what you're going to use it for. I several heavy rods that I use on my lake. Tons of laydowns.

Yeah, pretty good rod for that. It's sensitive and not terribly balanced considering the price point. I fish 8-9 oz reels on mine and it feels pretty good. The carbon scrim or whatever thing they've got going on might actually help? I'm not sure. Looks wicked though.
