I have 2 poles. 7 foot Medium heavy baitcaster and 6'6 lite action spinning setup. I have 30 pound braid on the baitcaster and 15 on the spinning. I use walking baits, frogs, buzz baits, spinnerbaits, chatterbaits, jigs, and texas rig worms. Which baits would I need leaders on?

Unless the water is super clear, I wouldn't worry about a leader for any of them. Even then, some wouldn't warrant leader like the frog, spinnnerbait, chatterbait, and buzzbait for example. Even a jig or TX rig I'd be hesitant to use a leader.

IMO, adding a leader adds another knot and knots are weak points. Also, IMO leaders are used for one reason, to reduce line visibility. On faster moving baits, line visibility isn't a concern.  The fish are focusing on the bait, not the line. So the only presentations you mention where a leader might be beneficial are the jig, worm and possibly the walking baits.  This is where water clearity and your own confidence enter into your decision whether to use a leader or not.

As a side note, I'm curious about your spinning combo. What applications do you use it for?

I'd say you really only "need" a leader on the jigs and worms if you were fishing around cover where you needed the added abrasion resistance to prevent break offs.
