My friend:... My new pants are way to loose. What's the best way to shrink them?
Me:...The best thing I have found to shrink a pair of pants, is "pizza,..lots and lots of pizza".

All my cloths shrunk when I got out of highschool. Bought all new cloths, but then those ones shrunk again when I got married and became a dad. They just don't make stuff like they used to I guess.

x2... finishing college, getting a real job, and starting a family did the same thing to me. Pretty sure it's just my wife's laundry process though, because there's no way it could have been something I did or stopped doing...

The sure fix for lose pants is a wedding ring, you'll fill those pants out quick!

It's Casey's breakfast pizza around here. It's not even fair how good that stuff is and how bad it is for you. Doesn't help that I can walk to the nearest one.

Love cold pizza......love...love...love.  Used to weigh 230...now 190.  Went on the acute pancreatitus diet.  (not recommended)  Lost 40 pounds in a little over a month.  Won't go into detail on what went on for a year after that but will say I have gone six months with no ER visit...WHoooooooHooooo.  Afraid of many foods and NOW my pancreas says you are going to be type 2!!!!!  So a new adventure begins.  Oh Well.....Enjoy you all....have a beer and pizza for me.....I miss em.

I want to lose 100lbs. Being Italian growing up on fridaynights was homemade pizza night. The left over pizza ended up in the cool oven for breakfast the next day. Cold pizza was awesome.

seems my half sandwich diet is working. I cut my meals down by 75% too.

If your active just eat right. I lost 60lbs in three months riding dirt bikes with my son. But I was on salads, big salads. I didn't give up my blueberry pancakes for breakfast at work. It was half a supper then on the bike till dark. My health was ok then.

Just progress from slacks and jeans into buffet stretchable sweat pants.:rolleyes:

8.00 per pair at Wally World vs 80.00 at Mens Warehouse.

10 years ago, before I got married, I weighed 250 which is my ideal weight at 6'5

I got there by working out 2X per day 3 times per week, 1 hour cardio, and 1 hour free weights/ machines each visit..

I ate only huge salads with 20 year balsamic and chicken breast / steak / eggs- 3 times per day for 4 months.

I went from 310 to 250.

Then I got married to a great cook. Now I weigh 325 LOL
