I recently purchased my first Kistler rod and was told by a buddy that it is made from a TFO blank. I have had bad experiences with the TFO blanks. The description video says the rod blank is a North Fork blank by Gary Loomis. Is that the same as the TFO or is my buddy wrong? Any experiences with the magnesium 2's? Thanks, tight lines
