Ghostshad Posted July 2, 2016 Posted July 2, 2016 When Skipping baits under dock does the spot where the bait hits the water first vary much from dock to dock , or put it this way how far from the boat does the bait hit the water first i know the distance from boat to dock varies from dock to dock . any advice on skipping docks will help . Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted July 2, 2016 Global Moderator Posted July 2, 2016 It doesn't have to but the higher the dock, the sharper the angle you can get away with. Low clearance means you have to get low to the water and cast almost parallel. Ideally it hits the water close to the front of the dock or even back under it a ways. Quote
