Storing soft plastics in plastic bags?

I recently have acquired some Roboworm products, and I also have some Creme products, such as the Creme Scoundrel. Some soft plastics aren't packaged in re-closable bags, and I feel that putting them in one of my pocket tackle boxes will bend or otherwise deform the plastics (I like to fish light, and use a big fanny pack to store my tackle when fishing.) Can I put my plastics in plastic bags, like the zip-loc bags from the grocery stores?

You can add a small amount of your favorite attractant to the bag and it helps soften / lubricate them. Also might make a fish hold on longer if you buy into that sales pitch.

I fish from a float tube a lot. I make "packages" I either put the loose plastics in sandwich bags or leave them in their original bags, then I place several of them in a gallon bag and label them. So I have a drop shot bag with all my drop shot baits for example.

Another thing the attractant will do, when the zip lock bags leak, is make your fanny pack smell really bad.

The zip lock & generic freezer weight bags are much more durable than the regular weight bags.

That's a huge yes!  In fact, I actually go one further.  I put my plastic bags in a gallon plastic bag - then label it with what type of plastics are in it.  Flukes, Grubs, Finess worms, chunks, etc.  Then, when I'm on the water - I don't have to dig through 100 bags looking for that white fluke, I just grab my fluke bag and know that it's in there.

How about ElaZtech plastics... are they safe in Zip-Loc bags?  I've never tried putting any Z-Man baits in Zip-locs.

I have kept some in Ziplock bags for going on a year or so now and have noticed no issues.
