Eccs Posted June 25, 2016 Posted June 25, 2016 Well it was my own stupidity but the tip of my TCS rod snapped off this morning any idea what their warranty is like ? I know it's a lifetime warranty but I accidentally slammed it in the car door so I was wondering if anyone has had experience with warranting a rod from Okuma broken like this. Good start to my 4am bass opener lol. Quote

Super User fishnkamp Posted June 25, 2016 Super User Posted June 25, 2016 How much of the tip broke? Too much to replace a tip and still fish? If they are like Loomis and Powel they have one warrant against material and workmanship and another "no question asked" replacement cost for other circumstances. I broke a G Loomis IMX rod and it cost about $60 to replace under that program. Now that was a few years ago. Good Luck Quote
BassResource.com Administrator Glenn Posted June 25, 2016 BassResource.com Administrator Posted June 25, 2016 TCS rods have a Limited Lifetime Warranty. If you go here: https://www.okumafishing.com/rma you can initiate a warranty claim. Should be pretty straightforward and I don't think you'll have any issue. Quote
