Looking for options for a front of boat seat post.  I like the bill dance S bent post.  Any other options?

I used the S shaped post for several years but over time, the pins bend. I now use an offset mount from Swivel-eeze that has been working very well. I do need to sit while up front and I like the extra room the off set seat gives me.

Just curious, what's wrong with stock? I thought the S posts were to help make space in smaller boats so your seat wasn't always bumping you in the back of the legs.

After a few hours of leaning against the bike seat post my lower back let's me know it's there, so sitting down would be much better for me I imagine.

I'd probably just go with one like they have on the back deck. The adjustable kind as I would think that aircraft carrier size deck you've got on the 522 should have plenty of room to get around it.

That's what my local Ranger dealer said.  Seat and power pole ordered.
