You_Only_Live_Once_Fishing Posted June 17, 2016 Posted June 17, 2016 On Sunday, I plan on targeting smallmouth bass in a dammed creek near my house. It is Francis E. Walter Dam. There are very deep spots, the water is semi clear with 4-6 feet of visability (last year) and the bottom is mostly small rocks. along the banks are cliffs and boulders. We are approaching a full moon so I plan on fishing craws. I will use the drop shot, jigs, cranks, jerk baits. Is there any thing i should do to increase my odds of catching smallmouth bass. thanks Quote
Turkey sandwich Posted June 17, 2016 Posted June 17, 2016 I grew up near Wilkes-Barre and somehow never fished it. I've always wanted to learn that lake, but somehow just never got to it. What I do know is that water level varies a lot there and can have a big impact on how it fishes. Quote
