Hey Guys,

Im looking to buy a rod I can use for mainly frogging, Carolina rigging and jigs worms etc didn't know if anybody had any advice on what rods to look at.

Looking to spend around $150 to $200.

Dobyns Fury 735 $~100

Daiwa Tatula CT HS $~110

Or

Shimano Citica I HG

3 rods come to mind, Daiwa Tatula 7' 1" MH/XF, 7' 2" H/F and the 7' 4" H/F Frogging rod...

Any 7'3" H/F rod will do.  If you don't mind a longer rod for your frog, the Powell max 3D 775 is sweet!

I use a 7'3 veritas for frogs but it wouldn't be good for the rig. I love my falcon bucoo lizard dragger for the rig and it can be used for frogs and jigs. For the reel a lews tournament mb will serve you nicely. The lizard dragger is for sale on green tops website for $70

Yep. The Daiwa Tatula 7'4" H/F frog rod can be had for $110 at Sportman's Outfitters. $90 gives you plenty of options for a decent reel.
