Much easier (and it would be nice to be able to use other sizes besides 1/16) than pouring one head at a time and having to make my own wire keepers that don't last very long. I will change my wish to this if you promise to sell me some. Quote

It sounds like longer ones will work better, thanks. My Ned-related wish would be for a small jig like this: But with a hook strong enough for bass, and a tiny keeper on the shank. None of the jigs I have tried to use for a weed/snagless Ned are idea, something like this would be perfect if it had a wire keeper and a flat head to glue too. Pouring your own works great if you use a lot of them. I pour my own with a Do-It worm nose (mushroom) head with a single wire weedguard. Had to do a slight modification to the mold for the weedguard, but that was easy. Quote
Super User Senko lover Posted June 14, 2016 Super User Posted June 14, 2016 Don't know if it was mentioned already but Fred roumbanis is releasing the Boom Boom Swimbait, looks like a pretty dope swimmer. Quote

TxHawgs Posted June 16, 2016 Posted June 16, 2016 I think we're gonna see a new GLX from Loomis. And can only hope for a new NRX version with a new handle, Torzite tangle free guides and a different color guide wrap. Quote

Super User Cgolf Posted June 20, 2016 Super User Posted June 20, 2016 One thing that would be great is that the main line companies seriously take a look at cheap alternatives to lead. Tungsten while it works for many serious fisherman, the cost does not make it a direct replacement. What is needed is some options from just plain old split shot, drop shot weights, worm weights, small walleye and crappie jigs all the way up to bass jigs. I think if these companies jump in, a lot more people will use the alternatives and many companies will follow their lead. I see a lot of kids that still try to get out and fish a lot, many don't have a lot of money or gear and come from single families. That is the future of our sport and we need to keep the sport cheap enough to allow them to get hooked and continue fishing for the rest of their lives. 2 Quote
Super User Senko lover Posted June 29, 2016 Super User Posted June 29, 2016 Rat'L'Trap is releasing a new topwater bait called the Stutter Step (I believe I have that correctly). It can be used as a topwater or a wakebait, and can do a complete 180 turn in the water. Quote
PAGreg Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 From KVD's blog on Bassmaster.com: A hollow body frog type lure. Strike King is coming out with a new one at ICAST that we call a “Poppin’ Perch.” It will be excellent for matted vegetation and skipping under docks and trees. It’s got a cupped mouth with phenomenal action that I know is going to be deadly in some situations. You should see it later this fall. Quote

PennBass Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 A foldable kayak that can fit into a backpack for all us bank fishermen. Pretty sure there's a big market for that. It'd be great if Zman made a swimbait similar to the Keitech Swing Impacts. Quote
