Yes, they did.  Its MUCH bigger.  Same city, not far away.  I went to the new location to pick up some items last month.

It probably has something to do with the fact that spring is approaching in the northern tier, so there is higher demand on tackle now.  Just a theory.

Not like you need any more tackle anyways.  We've seen your shed now lol

They have had a lot of good sales going on as well.  I am sure a lot of people advantage and depleted inventory.

Does the bogo deal for Omnia have a code?

Yes. Did you sign up for their St. Croix rod giveaway that they were running the past few months? If so you would've gotten it in an email. And it seems it's tied to your account/email because I gave my code to someone and they said it didn't work.

I bought the 6’9” ultralight and the 7’ light.  I often bring my wife and daughters or a buddy and needed a couple more panfish rods.

Email them if the code doesn’t work.   I had the same issue with the tatula code last week.  I emailed them and they got back to me in a couple days and they sent me a new code.   Great customer service!!!

went to fleetfarm yesterday and their big sale started for fishing gear. I picked up 2 packs of 832 braid superline #30 150yd in hi vis yellow regular 18.99 each for 13.29 each.

I am going to try the hi vis for the first time because i want to see if its easier to track my line in the heavy river current.

TW has the Lew's Custom SLP marked down to $139.99. I think it just came out last year. Awesome reel. Very compact as well.

My local Ollie's had 8" and 10" Castaic and Reaction Strike soft body trout swimbaits for $6.99 to $8.99, LC cranks and jerks for $7.99, and Suffix Siege and Elite 1000yd spools of 6 and 8 lb test for $9.99.

Lure net has free shipping on orders over $35.  Found a code online for 15% of Debo15.  My total order was 37$ which went to $32 after the code.  I saved something like $12 total once the free shipping was added.

they don’t have the best selection.  It’s all Norman, bomber, bandit hard baits and mainly yum soft plastics.  After listening to BTL Thursday episode with frank I bought some Norman red cranks and some yum spine craws.

You won't regret the spine craws, but maybe you've tried them already. They have been awesome for me, T-rigged and Tokyo Rig. They aren't fancy with the plain flapping claws with no flanges on the end but they sure worked well for me last year.

I hope YUM keeps making them. I’ve put them on a 1/8oz jig head (literally the ones marketed for panfish) and caught nice spotted bass in a swift current stream (the kind that has a knack for flowing under a mountain railroad bridge). Great thin profile for a fast presentation.

He was pretty convincing! Who knew they were made from an unusual material too?

I don’t know about unusual material but, he explained the whole red thing pretty well. What I got out of the the talk is  The red cranks are 40-50 degree thing and after that put them away.  That you don’t need a whole tackle box of red.  than always if the main plan fails have a back up to the back up plan.

I liked the spine craw vs chunk talk.  When to use what types as a trailer.  The spine crawl a more streamlined craw with a tite flapping action while, chunk has flappy arms.  That type of stuff isn’t just related to just those 2 soft plastics.

I started catching fish with Norman cranks last summer.  They are affordable with decent paint jobs.  They work. I change out hooks though.

Depending on April up here  the most of the bigger lakes won’t be 50 untill the end of the month.  The bigger lakes havnt even hit 40 yet. Supposed to be warm this next week. Im hoping some of the smaller lakes will be in the low 40’s

I kind of did the same thing.  I did some searching around for panfish rods and then remembered I had gotten the code for St. Croix.  I thought I would check them out for maybe one panfish rod and another for bass, but they didn't have much left.  It was a really cool sale that just doesn't happen often .  Very cool thing Omnia did.  They have run some good sales this year so far.  They may be competing with Midway USA for my money!!!  I think I may have purchased Mr. Potterfield's groceries for the year at Midway!!!
