Ya - every item on the list shows as shipped...so no idea what's going on.

I wouldn't worry about it. your shipment is further along than most peoples. I have a ship date listed but all my items are still allocated. My order is invoiced and processed w/o tracking now and I still don't have a confirmation email.

Ya, like I said earlier - I'll give them till Monday to firm up the ship-date and tracking.

I ordered last night around midnight and they havent even took the money out of my account yet lol

I placed my TW order last night at 11pm. They took my money out at 7pm tonight.

Well I learned something today. That it looks like my TW order is boxed but not shipped out yet. I will take a different opinion than others. I got my order in around 9 am today, I am impressed they got it this far along. Judging by the website traffic they got slammed and I assume they didn’t have anyone working yesterday. Not sure what everyone expects. 
 

I mean we recently ordered from Lands end on a big sale and it took 3 weeks to get our order. Bigger company and they were super slow when they got slammed during their sale.

This may be the first year I didn’t order from TW. Put in an order at fishingonline and another site. Saved just as much money, if not more, and avoided some hassles. Nice to finally see other competitive with sites.

I’m sure everything is going fine. If you go up into upper right hand corner of site you can check your account and all your history. You’ll be fine.

I don’t work for TW but I’m willing to bet you’ll be fine also. Were you able to see your history in the past? They will be there today. Call them.  Tell them you didn’t get an email confirmation. They will hook you up. I’ve had past orders where I messed up my email address and didn’t get a confirmation but went into my history and it was there.

I also just got my tracking info. They are trying. I also think California has stricter COVID rules so they may be running with less staff than normal.

Never had a problem with TW, also got my tracking #. I think they do a great job considering the number of orders they get and the condition we are in.

X2. You guys need to be a little more understanding im sure they're dealing with hoards of orders and ive never ever heard of anyone having a problem with tacklewarehouse.

I was looking at the Eyecon for a Ned rod.  Any idea what spinning reel they are putting on the Eyecon combo? The other spinning combo is a Revros but the Eyecon just says "5 ball bearing reel" and I can't ID it in the pic.

I ordered around 5am EST on Friday and got the email a few minutes ago.  They're on top of it to the best of their ability.

TW just sent a note that my BF order won’t ship until 12/3. 

Fishingonline order has already shipped, FWIW.

A lot is going to depend on two things...

 

How many orders have come in.

How many people are working the shipping area.

 

TW is NOT a huge building, and they're in Cali. - so given the more stringent anti-Covid restrictions in place there - they probably don't have as many employees per order working as FO does...which is in Penn.

When I placed an order during their Labor Day sale, I received an email a day later indicating that my package was to be shipped in a week. When I consulted them about this, they stated they had my order and had all the items in stock, but they literally did not have enough manpower to go around the warehouse picking orders like they usually do.

Made an order at TW yesterday at 9 AM central and immediately got a confirmation email. Just got another email that my order will ship Dec 1st and I'll get a tracking number at that time.

Last night, I tried to place an order of a brand rod, a brand reel and other lures from TW, trying to take advantage of Black Friday Sale. Every item was discounted at the checkout, sans the reel/rod. So I promptly dropped the non-sale items, and purchased the rest that were on sale. I thought everything on their menu was 20% off? What did I miss?
