I found the discount code box in the order summary when it wanted me to populate my contact info. At least that is where it was on mobile.

Update:  I placed a $200 tackle order at Dick's using the 20% off and all the buy 3 get 1 free deals.  I'm up to 6 shipments so far and half the items haven't shipped yet.  I ordered 4 Trokar bladed swimbait hooks and they are shipping a single one in 4 different packages.  Dick's has the most messed up logistics I've ever seen.  They have to be losing money on this order.

Pretty sure they get a good shipping rate discount. On top of not having to have a warehouse solely for shipping online orders it makes sense for stores to fulfill them. Dicks always seems overpriced tho.

They pull product directly from store shelves. So if store a has 2, they pull those, then store b and c supply the rest. That’s part of the reason their rod shipments suck so bad. They’re pulling a rod from the store display rack that has had all of its packaging removed and trashed for display, then that store has a supply of generic boxes that can ship golf clubs and baseball bats just fine, so that’s what you get, packed by someone who probably was just arranging adidas socks in the women’s soccer department.

Same here, ordered 6 packs of hooks and a few other items, 5 shipments.  There is no way they made money on that transaction.

even so It's costing a couple bucks per package to ship.   They are overpriced; the buy 3 get 1 free gets them to about the normal cost of tackle warehouse, then the 20% off brings it down more.  however I get hit with 10% sales tax in crook county, IL.  I wanted to order from TW but they didn't have the tax sale this year

I've been happy with them, have an interesting mix of stuff. They're only about 90 minutes from me, so that counts as shopping local as far as online shopping goes I think. I keep eyeing those Aftco sun hoodies.

Oh man, I missed this. I have a credit with them and was looking at a terrova, was going to cover the balance with my stimulus check and travel expense check, at 25% off I could have gotten a smoking deal on a Garmin tm

There is a guy I know (sort of), I have fished against him and he is sponsored by Aftco.  They have nice stuff and I believe I saw him with one of the hoodies last year on a few occasions.  If it is the one I am thinking of, I think it's less than $40, which is not too bad.  My favorite summer time shirt though is Patagonia Capilene.  I have yet to find it's equal. 

 

Am still searching for a sale on Megabass stuff.  There are a few baits that I have a hard time paying full price for.

Found a few colors of the Patagonia Capilene long sleeve half price ($29) on the Patagonia website, free shipping.  Always looking for a comfy hot weather sun shirt.

I second that Megabass statement. I need to reload on Spark/Hazedong shads lol. Paired with the Screwheads, its been doing work on the waters I fish.

Bass pro is doing this too, I normally order from TW but was in a hurry and bass pro has free two day shipping on orders over $50. I just ordered senkos, tungsten, a spool of line and some ned rig heads. They shipped the senkos in two different packages and the other stuff will be sent in another package. A $60 order shipped out into three separate packages

Dick's has some really good deals right now.  Trokar hooks are buy 3 get 3 free.  Its a great way to stock up on hooks.  They have a lot of other brands with buy 3 get 1 free deals as well.  I ended up getting almost $100 of gear for only $58.

I was wondering the same thing. Something seems a bit fishy to me.  If you research them there are plenty of warning signs there.

I bought a stradic ci4+ from them on April 20th. It's still stuck in the Netherlands. Been around 2 weeks in transit.
