Honestly not much of this sounds overly intriguing to me except maybe the fishing line one. Hopefully my wallet can take a breather after I made several orders the last couple days :P

I mocked up the sale. Not sure if this is any easier to read than @iabass8's list but here you go anyways. This link is easier to see than the small version it puts on here.

Man ~ I was holding out for the new model (spinner) as I'm not a fan of the EVA knob but that Price is not making it easy.

Doesn't look like I could switch out the handles either - size appear different.

Growing . . . . .Weak . . . Must . . . .resist . . . . . . . . .

HA! I was totally thinking the same thing! I really like the new version. These sales kill me. I haven't used Pflueger reels in forever but couldn't pass up the deal on that xt. Gonna be even harder when the zillion tws drops in price again...

Yea anyone wanting/needing a spinning reel should really consider pickin  CI4 up. I was waiting to see how much they were gonna be on sale for so just gonna grab a 2016 for $48 bucks more. Plus I really want the 2500 instead of the 3000. There both the same gear ratio.

Have @S Hovanec make you some custom turned knobs.  I love mine.

The 2500 will still pick up slightly less line per turn though right? Since the spool is smaller.

Negative.  The 3000 spool is just deeper, for more capacity.

I got one with stripes, another with a checkerboard.  I had to donate the plastic sleeve, and sacrifice the EVA, since the new knobs are glued onto the sleeve. In the meantime, Power Grip II knobs will work.  Contact him.  I can't remember how much.  Not too expensive, but not cheap either.  They have held up well.

I put a left handed PGII septon on mine.  Shimano spinning reel posts are the same as baitcasting.  Made my 2500 feel right at home in my hand.

Footnote:  Just noticed earlier post to the same effect.  Sorry.
