Are they good jigs? Do you know what size/kind of hook they use on their swimjig?

I'll admit this is the 1st time I've ordered from them. My wife's uncle is pretty picky on his gear and he likes them so that's what I'm going off of.

Awesome, I'll check back tomorrow. Worth a shot on a recommendation.  I'll probably pick up a few to round out my shad and ghost colors.

40% off fishing & sporting goods with code SPORTS40

https://lifestyle.focuscamera.com/deals/sports/fishing.html

Lots of pfluger and Abu reels. Free shipping too.

You'd need the discount. Took a look at their site - their 'discounted' prices are what Pflueger charges normally. So Lifestyle's 'list' prices are heavily inflated.

The Abu baitcast reels are MSRP. So 40% off a STX or MGX seems like a pretty good deal. Better than TW sales.

That might be so...but when a site inflates the MSRP of one line of products, that makes me wonder what else they do.

I'm wondering if eBay is pushing their cashback program so hard now in lieu of the %-off coupons.  Lured us in with the discounts hoping to get folks looking at them again instead of other e-tailers.

Remember back when ebay used to be people actually selling used stuff?

I just called eBay and the person I spoke to said they are never given advance notice of when those coupon codes are going to drop until the day they do but she did assure me that eBay is still going to generate those coupons this year so just keep checking every day. Keeping my fingers crossed...last year they had one around Spring time so hopefully in another month they'll have another one!!!

If you look at the history of eBay coupon drops, they don't drop a good coupon until March..

Both Walmart and Amazon are blowing out the 1000yd spools of Seaguar, but both websites have reviews for the Abrazx that says its not real Seaguar. No levelwind on the spool, and says the line doesnt feel the same as normal Abrazx. Interesting...

There is a thread about this. Someone contacted Seaguar and confirmed that Seaguar no longer does the levelwind on the spools.
