Anyone thinking of a Fuego CT - Amazon has them for under $75 right now for all three speeds.

 

I might bite the bullet and get my pitch/flip combo now as they also have the Aird X rods in stock.

They're $65-69 on ebay usually from Alpha2Omega or a few other sellers.  When a 20% off everything pops up, you can grab them for about $56 each.

FFO has their buy one get one 50% off sale right now. I just picked up a pair of spinning reels.

I don't do E-Bay - I was a seller there until they made it "seller wrong-buyer right" no matter who was at fault.

One of the toughest reels ever built. Mine are relegated to my kids and co-fishers that don't have enough proper gear.

Because of how they screwed me when I was a seller - I refuse to give them any of my business. I don't care who you are, you sell through E-Bay only, I don't buy from you.

FFO stands for Fishermans Factory Outlet in case anybody is scratching their head and trying to figure it out.

That sucks....Many really good deals can be had on ebay these days if you time things just right.

Might be worth a look at Cabelas as they have a sale going on. Some good deals to be had if not sold out already.

 

Looks like most of the crazy discounted items are going fast.

Arg, I impulse bought the St Croix Legend Glass 7'2" MM that's up for $150. Cheapest I've ever seen that rod. 

 

I've been wanting a glass shallow crank rod for a long time.

Nice....Luckily for me all the what I would have bought on impulse items were already out of stock.

 

They had\have some blow out the inventory really good deals it looks like.
