Dude you should've seen me mumbling to myself earlier going back and forth on whether or not I should get that thing. I mas in and out of my head for the span of at least an hour and a half looking into what reels it could possibly be, do I reely need another reel, out the the potential reels it could be which would I be happy with, if it was one of the others could I deal with it or would it be a waste on a reel I won't use (like the daiwa musky reel).......

I just got myself a reel like a month and a half ago that was a big buy for myself, I was torn on a deal like this. 40% gets me lickin my chops

Definitely keep us posted man, I'm excited for you, like a giant quarter machine with the little toys or candy or tattoos in the little plastic eggs, but for adults Channel 9 Kid GIF by Married At First Sight Australia

I did the same for at least the same amount of time lol. Figured at a minimum 40% off it was worth it to me. I'm hoping for something under a 200 size, as that's what I use now, but figured I can always find a use for a bigger reel if that's what I end up with.

Reel shipped today so hoping it won't take long to arrive then I'll report back.

Is it Christmas yet?

Not yet, should be here Thursday, so I'm hoping it'll be waiting at the door when I get home from work.

Ive noticed Yamamoto going on sale alot so far this year.

Not trying to hijack your post, but BPS through their spring classic is selling 5" Senkos for $5.68, and DSG is running their whole stock of Yamamoto on their buy 3 get 3 free deal. If you can talk to their online cs reps youd be able to get a pack of Senkos for $2.84

They're running this again? Well, similar. Couple weeks ago it was 'Free Sevin reel with purchase of retired Mojo Bass rod'....ya, I got in on that as it was my preferred round-handled rod and not the Trigon.

The Hook Up Tackle has a 7 bait bundle of Raid Okasana Swimmers line through JDM swim baits for $49.99, normally they are $23.99 each so for the price of 2 you’re getting 7 baits. Both sizes, the 5” 115g and the 5.75” 145g. I just received the 5.75” and they are super quality looking!

I’ll go for first.  Against my better judgment, I rolled the dice with the mystery reel from MidwayUSA in the $150 category.

Shimano Curado DC 150 arrived today.  Ironic since I just got my first DC about a month ago and yet to use it.

This will work into my lineup as I do have a rod to pair.   Sticker was sealed pretty good on box so assume just overstock and not a return.  Not disappointed after all.

Hope others are just as happy.

45% off a $270 reel. I'd say you did good.

I got mine today as well. I got the last LH $300 value box, paid $180. Got a Shimano Chronarch mgl, so right in the $300 value making the box well worth the purchase amount. The only issue I have now is, as I fish inshore more than freshwater and this reel being no good for saltwater, I need to work out what rod I want to put this reel on for use as a strictly freshwater only setup.

Jittery trading post - 20% off. Works on Megabass and Daiwa I know.

The 20% off at Kittery Trading Post does not seem to work for reels (I tried Shimano and Daiwa)...but the Bait Monkey says that should not stop me from purchasing some Megabass lures at 20% off...trying...to...resist......................
