Hmmm

Amazon Choice selection has the Plano Edge Flex 3700 (Standard) for $21.24.  At least that is what is showing for me.

Not in any Walmarts near me though.

Speaking of Fluoro sales, sportsmansoutfitters is having a sale on Sunline Sniper and Daiwa J-Fluoro Samurai.  After reading so many positive feedbacks on the Samurai, I just have to give it a try.

Hmmm wonder how it would work for jerkbaits. Ever since I gave my Cabela’s ZX her bait to my dad I’ve been trying to find a suitable replacement.

I couldn't find the specifications of that model except that it's medium fast. I am guessing lure weight should be 1/4~5/8oz as usual.

Well my Steez rod showed up from Sierra. It’s an amazing rod - only problem is, it’s not the rod I ordered. What showed up is a 7’-4” XH rod. I had ordered a Curado BFS for this rod so now I’m a little ticked.

Of course they are now out of stock on the one I ordered. I doubt I will return this because it’s still a fantastic rod for the price, I’m just pretty disappointed and now I’m gonna have to go buy another rod. If anyone finds a sale on a Poison Adrena, holler!

Sorry to hear that, but I got the exact same rod. It looks like they didn't send the wrong rod, but mislabel the rod on their website. I am still debating with myself whether sending it back.

You might see if you can do a swap through another retailer/dealer.  I had a warranty replacement NRX and wanted a different model but G Loomis would only replace the original.  I ended up doing an even swap with Am. Legacy and only had to pay 1 way shipping.  May be worth a try.

Also, Am. Legacy has 2 used Poison Adrena’s listed in excellent shape for $255 (not sure specs you are looking for).  I have bought MANY rods from them including used (mostly Loomis) and as well as multiple Steez reels.  In my experience, if it says excellent condition, you will think it’s never been held.

By the way, Am. is American.  Last time I helped someone on here with a discount, it flagged the name when I typed it out.

I could actually use a new punching rod, so I’ll probably keep it. I just didn’t really need it until next summer.

I appreciate the heads up, but looks like one is a frog/punching rod and the other is a crankbait rod. I will keep checking back though.

I’d been thinking that I might just wait on a Poison Adrena because I suspect the line may get an overhaul soon. But now that I have a BFS reel on order, I gotta find something to put it on. This thread has cost me so much money over the years, lol.
