I don't know other than what one buddy likes about his and what I've read on this site, but I now have the 7'2 H/F on the way.  $199 seems like a hell of a deal.

So the 7' never shipped but I do have a 7'2" on the way.  Sierra told me they either didn't have the stock or something happened in the warehouse before the 7' rod went out so they credited me.

Bummer.  The 7' would've been a better match for my needs too.  This 7'2" will probably end up pushing me to sell something to find a versatile Trig/light jig rod that can do moving baits ok.

Has anyone seen a coupon floating around for Siebert's Outdoors?  Thinking of stocking up on some jigs.  I have yet to find an equal to these guys.

+1 to this. I have caught a lot of fish on their jigs this year.

Not sure what styles you're looking for but there are a few jigs on the current sale page https://siebertoutdoors.com/products/ols/categories/sale-items and I think the jig packages may get you a better price per jig https://siebertoutdoors.com/products/ols/categories/jigs

You can always email if you have questions about a product or order, but IMO his prices are very fair.

I am actually thinking the 7'2" might be the better of the two rods.  I am sure all of the BLX line is excellent and for the price we paid an outstanding value.

Tatsu is buy 2, get 1 free at FishUSA.  I'm not sure if that's anything special - but I need some fluro and this brings it closer to Trilene 100% (although I almost never buy that stuff at full on retail).

That price is a little pumped up ~

Even with the 'free' spool

Check out Amazon for Tatsu -

Price is routinely very competitive.

Especially when selecting Bulk Spools.

Looks like it's online only though, which is still okay since the online stock is much better than the stock at my local store. Looks like they have more Zoom colors in stock than they did a while back.

I agree, really like their stuff. To be honest I don’t think he charges enough for the quality you get.

For sure.....  I have seen codes show up from time to time and I am thinking of a larger order this go around.  They usually show up around the holidays.  No big deal though.

I think prices are fair, not below what they should be. I order pretty regularly.

DSG is selling them off in store buy 5 get 5 (if you can pull 10 together).

Zman fanatic here but maybe these weren’t the hit they were hoping for?

I bought one. Idk, I think they might have their niche but if I'm looking for a stealthier option than a normal chatterbait...well I'm not gonna fish chatterbait. The blade doesn't have that classic vibration you expect it's much more subtle. Which I'm sure is what they were going for but again, I feel other lures fill that niche better.

Anybody else get in on the TW flatworm restock last night? I bought far more bags than I care to admit.

I hit them up again and wiped them out of all the Trokar hooks they had.  I have had good luck with them.  They dull up quickly compared to others but for $2.50 a pack, you can't beat it.

I noticed this too. Santa put one in my stocking last Christmas and I tried it a couple times this spring. I could barely feel it vibrating compared to other Zman chatter baits. I will not be purchasing another one lol
