fishinbub Posted May 20, 2016 Posted May 20, 2016 I have a couple of H2O Express spinning reels that I need replacement parts for, but I'm having a hard time finding anything. Since they are an Academy label they don't even have a website, and I can't find a way to order parts thru Academy. Am I missing something? Quote

They may just have them. http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CFPageC?storeId=10151&catalogId=10051&langId=-1&appID=40&cm_ven=Redirects&cm_cat=catalog&cm_pla=ad&cm_ite=repair They have helped me out in the past. Or have you asked someone at Academy? Quote

They are the easiest people in the world to deal with. Basically no questions asked return policy Quote
ETX92 Posted May 20, 2016 Posted May 20, 2016 Yeah just take it in to the store and they will replace the reel no questions asked! Quote
Delaware Valley Tackle Posted May 20, 2016 Posted May 20, 2016 I think silstar makes them but I'm not sure. They're cheap enough that I don't think they expect people to invest much in repairs. Grab another. If not hard up keep that one as a parts reel. Quote
