When you buy a 1/10 oz bait, that's what you should expect. A jighead makes a world of difference ;)

How so?  a jighead would ruin the action that is inherent to its design.

I have one in my cart, glad to hear it sinks very slowly.

I like it but with the slimey scumy mucky bottoms I kinda want the hook on top. Looks great with a sharp hook. Will get a few more colors.

I like that it sinks slow. They designed that way, its supposed to be a bug that fell in and is scattering along and just below the surface. You don't see many bugs hopping along the bottom searching for food.

Ok people.....Its looking like maybe my point got missed here.   The bait actually does NOT sink very slow.  It sinks somewhat slow, ok, but I feel that it doesn't sink slow enough.  Or rather, it would be better if it would sink a little bit slower than it currently does.

So, you're saying we need to fish it with a float?

Actually no,  since the weight is in the belly and not directly under the line, like on a jig head, anytime the bait is held stationary it hangs down in a vertical position.  It was definitely not made to be hung under a float.

I kinda assumed.  This forum lacks a "sarcastic button".
