speed craw Posted May 3, 2016 Posted May 3, 2016 These thing are easily one of the easiest frogs to walk . Around cover they are awsome but definitely not a heavy cover frog . The wide spread on the hooks like to grab whatever is near . Everynow and then you find a bait that's just fun to throw . Anyways I really need to get a scale and some friends to take better pictures . Sorry for the close up I'm short and so by nature so are my arms . 7 Quote
Super User buzzed bait Posted May 3, 2016 Super User Posted May 3, 2016 nice catch man! guess it's about time to break out the frogs since i'm just down the road, eh? in fact, i've got a buddy coming down from NC in a couple of weeks and i believe we'll be hitting the lily place you put me on before.... primetime Posted May 3, 2016 Posted May 3, 2016 Awesome Topwater Fish...The Jackall Frog does have a really good walking action, and I would agree, it is not the best in really heavy cover, but it works really well in most of it...I like the colors they offer, I do well on that gold and green color, maybe because it is the only one I have...The bluegill color is never in stock... Have to love Frog season...the jackall Frog looks really good in open water as well, I have seen guys do well with frogs in open water when you would normally use a hardbait... Quote
Super User Jrob78 Posted May 4, 2016 Super User Posted May 4, 2016 The Jackall Iobee is my favorite frog for sparse cover. Ish's Phat Frog is the other one I really like to use. Quote
