Also look at iRods for bang for buck punching setup!  Bub Tosh model is what I use, its light and easy to handle all day long. For frogs I like my Tatula.

Most heavy rod will work. Just bought a Lews Custom  7'2" and caught my first frog fish today. Really light rod.

I agree. If you would prefer a little shorter rod, they also make a 7'2" HF. I use that for my frogging and to throw heavier jigs and I really like it

IRod genII Freds Magic stick 7'5" works for everything you listed.

This is a great frog and jig rod. I also have the 7'6" H lews rod but like the 7'2" much better.

Yep!? that would be my pick too. I have a 754 fiber that i use for those applications and it works perfectly.
