Super User Gundog Posted April 29, 2016 Super User Posted April 29, 2016 Eli Apple is off the board. I was hoping my Steelers would get him to help their bad pass defense. Quote

Buckeye Ron Posted April 29, 2016 Posted April 29, 2016 Kind of fun to see five of my Buckeyes go in the top 20,but no way is Eli Apple a top ten pick. Like so many others he has the "potential"tag and we all know what that's worth. Tom Coughlin would not have made that pick. Ezekiel is a bona fide beast that should have a few great years barring injury, and Bosa will definitely help the Chargers defense. Then again, anything is an upgrade for the Chargers but still he can dominate if he can become more disciplined. Quote
Hurricane Posted April 29, 2016 Author Posted April 29, 2016 Love the Shaq Lawson pick.. Hoping Reed or Billings make to the Bills pick in the 2nd round.. 1 Quote

Jd_Phillips_Fishin Posted April 30, 2016 Posted April 30, 2016 Da Boys got Dak Prescott... He did real well two years ago, hopefully after a few years under Romo's wing he'll be pretty good. Quote

craww Posted May 1, 2016 Posted May 1, 2016 Time will tell, but Dallas may have stolen one in Prescott. I wanted him all along. He has alot of traits to like, he has an extremely quick release, strong arm, smart, doesnt turn the ball over, well regarded as a leader, and obviously is built like a fire hydrant; a really athletic/strong fire hydrant. That team as a whole was often over matched talent wise in a brutal division of a brutal conference, but he kept them in alot of games. He may never be a consistent 400 yard a game passer but as long as he doesn't have to be the man he has the upside of a guy that can go on the road and win a playoff game or two or convert a tough 3rd down when needed. There is work to be with done with him, but with a clean pocket (their line got killed in 15' and I think that marred his tape a bit) and play makers around him I truly think this is a guy who you can win football games with. 1 Quote

BassResource.com Administrator Glenn Posted May 3, 2016 BassResource.com Administrator Posted May 3, 2016 Seahawks had a solid draft. They filled some key roster spots where they were weak, and invested a bit in the future as well. Overall, a very well-rounded draft. Quote
Super User Darren. Posted May 3, 2016 Super User Posted May 3, 2016 Let's go Buffalo! Great draft, IMO. Hope the Ryan brothers can actually channel their star power into an awesome team... One can hope, right? Right? guys?.... 1 Quote

We are loaded, question is, can we get LOCKED and loaded? I'm seeing the glass half full. I think we'll do well and make the playoffs. Or else...it'll be January as usual... 1 Quote

Schwartz was a great coordinator. I missed his skills last year. Mario should have stepped up, but I think Rex should have continued what worked so well... 1 Quote

Also can Carpenter hit an extra point? Still think its dumb to carry a Kickoff Specialist... 1 Quote
