There is a ton of Spinnerbaits and Spinnerbait manufacturers on the market. It's very expensive, time consuming ect. to weed through the mass array of them to find the ones that really fill the livewell. With that being said which manufacturer, spinnerbait or spinnerbaits are your favorite? Thanks guys!

I currently make my own, as i stopped buying them to save some money. When I did buy them however, Booyah was my go-to brand, with the occasional strike king rocket shads here and there.

Strike king, bought a bunch at good prices at Wally World and I guess I don't toss them enough to force me to put the on a TW order for more or other brands. I have had the most luck with the bleeding bait line.

Our very own Glenn May hooked up with the biggest largemouth I have ever seen in person on a BassResource RoadTrip at Pickwick. The fish was fooled by a Siebert Outdoors Cosmic Spinnerbait, white with double willow silver blades. The lure itself is indestructable, but you still need to check your line and retie occasionally. :o

I make my own, from cutting and bending the wire forms to pouring and painting the heads to final assembly, that way I can make them in multiple configurations. If I was to buy a spinnerbait, Stanley wedge is what I would get with War Eagle being a close second.

Bigturtle, I always like to find out what my brother tackle makers are using for their baits and so I have to ask. What brand and size wire do you use and do you get it in straight shaft or torsion straightened on a coil? I'm currently looking for other wire brands and types as I'm having trouble with certain wire anymore.

I have been fishing Strike King spinnerbaits for more than 2 decades, actually I fish pretty much with those spinnerbaits I purchased 2 decades ago only with new skirts and honed razor sharp hook.

Secret Weapon Lure spinnerbaits are my favorite and has one of the highest ratings ever on tackle tour product review.

Not sure why it's quoting this post, does it often to me. But just wanted to post that I must have 50 if not more Strike King spinnerbaits but never catch anything on them. I have many others also but lookin to buy more and wanted to see what u guys r fishin. The War Eagle, Revenge, Picasso, Stanley and R2S Ish spinnerbaits are top quality and some of the others I own. Maybe it's me but fishin for 44yrs and try all kinds of different retrieves in overcast windy conditions and just don't catch many if any at all on the spinnerbait. Having the same problem w chatterbaits, just don't get it. Anyway I'm gonna sell off a bunch of these SK spinnerbaits and put the money towards new baits.

I wish I could go as technical as you want me to, but I simply buy ready made spinnerbait heads and attach blades and skirt to them since I dont have a place to safely pour lead :(. I use 0.035" wire for all my spinnerbaits up to 1/2oz. As I buy them ready made, I have no clue what brand they are. I dont use/lose spinnerbaits heavier than 1/2oz often enough to warrant making them.

War Eagle, Booyah, and Terminator are what I typically throw. But I also bought a few of the $1 ones that Walmart had last year and probably caught just as many fish on those as I did any of my other, more expensive ones.

I'm sorry, but if you aren't catching anything on spinnerbaits, getting rid of the ones you have and replacing them isn't going to help. The problem is not the baits........

After checking my stash I realized I actually paid $3 a piece. And as the kids say, pics or it didn't happen so....
