Super User Senko lover Posted April 11, 2016 Super User Posted April 11, 2016 I had a fantastic Winyah Bay. Like I'm in 23rd place overall in ***tasy standings. 99.9%. My lineup was: Justin Lucas Matt Herren Randy Howell Bill Lowen Dave Lefebre Fantasy nuts: how've you been doing so far this season and what are you thinking for Bull Shoals? I'm just putting together my roster. 1 Quote
Super User Jrob78 Posted April 11, 2016 Super User Posted April 11, 2016 Nice! That's impressive. Keep it up and win that boat! I'm in the 83% right now, not great but not terrible. I haven't started looking at Bull Shoals yet. Quote
Super User buzzed bait Posted April 11, 2016 Super User Posted April 11, 2016 terrible kyle, absolutely terrible. i killed it last year and have just been dragging this year! Quote
Super User Senko lover Posted April 12, 2016 Author Super User Posted April 12, 2016 I did a lot of research yesterday. Bull Shoals and that area is deeper and has all three species of bass. It's relatively clear too. My thinking is that it'll set up really well for the west coast Cali guys. Justin Lucas was a natural addition to the team. Haven't quite decided on everybody else Quote
Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted April 13, 2016 Global Moderator Posted April 13, 2016 Scanlon would be a good addition to your lower bucket. He's done well there before and is pretty local since he's from Kansas and guides down in that area (LOZ). Quote
MSWV Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Senko - You are killing it man!! Congrats! Im having a terrible year so far! I actually put more time and effort into these first two tournaments than ever but my guys have bombed.. Rojas is usually a very safe bet during the 1st half but he has killed me.. Im going with this at Bull Shoals.. Group A - Im predicting KVD gets back to winning and this is his tournament! He is Hungry!! Group B - AMart can catch them anywhere and he will be confident! Group C - Jason Christie won here in 2013 and will finish well again. Group D - Scott Rook is a local angler that finished well in 2013 Group E - Keith Poche - Im not sure why Im taking him again (hes hurt me bad already this season) but I think he will do a lot better at Bull Shoals.. Jd_Phillips_Fishin Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 This is my team for next week Group A- Britt Myers Group B - Mike McClelland Group C- Brandon Palaniuk Group D- Ott Defoe Group E- Russ Lane Quote
Super User Senko lover Posted April 17, 2016 Author Super User Posted April 17, 2016 My lineup: Justin Lucas: Obvious choice for me. Makes the cut in over 80% of BASS tourneys and is not only incredibly consistent, but also incredibly good. Brent Ehrler: Has great consistency and experience. Feeling confident about a top 20 for Brent in this one. Brian Snowden: Also gotta balance your picks with a local, so Snowden got my nod here. Alton Jones: Very unusual to find Alton in bucket D. I see a comeback for him here. He's far too good of a fisherman. Casey Ashley: This ole' Carolina boy will feel at home in this deep, clear lake. Quote
MSWV Posted April 21, 2016 Posted April 21, 2016 I made a few last minute changes.. Looks like I went with popular names but I need a comeback!! Group A - KVD.. Hes had some good finishes this season and I think he will win soon! Group B - AMart can catch them anywhere and he will be confident! Group C - Dean Rojas has killed me this year but I truly believe hes one of the best and this could be his type of tournament Group D - Ott Defoe is a great "junk fisherman"... His home lakes are Douglas, Cherokee, and also the smallmouth rivers of East Tennessee. He wont have problems catching them this weekend! Group E - Chad Grigsby - Clearwater with LM & SM? This could suit Grigsby well! Quote
Super User Senko lover Posted April 24, 2016 Author Super User Posted April 24, 2016 This was an interesting tournament, at first it seemed like my guys wouldn't do too well but they all ended up doing me very good, with the exception of Brent Erhler (although he did great the first day). Brian Snowden was the only one of mine to make the top twelve, but even so I'm still in 99.99 percentile, 33rd overall in standings. This live show was fantastic. Loved watching Zaldain, Tharp, and Skeet Reese is always a great live guy. Probably my favorite weekend from BASS yet. 2 Quote
Super User Jrob78 Posted April 25, 2016 Super User Posted April 25, 2016 Nice going SL! I hope you win the whole dang thing. I had a horrible tournament. Hopefully I will pick better for Wheeler. Quote
MSWV Posted April 25, 2016 Posted April 25, 2016 Good Job SL! Im having the worst year for fantasy ever.. I feel clueless this season as Im in the 28th percentile. Quote
