tstraub Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 Might be some sort of a shim to put under the reel foot if the seat on the rod does not tighten down enough to keep the reel form moving around. I have never seen one come with a reel but I have had to make a shim or two in the past. Tyler 2 Quote

Put it on the back of your reel seat (foot) to prevent wear on it from your rod. 1 Quote
