hawgenvy Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 Quick tip: When retying a hook, especially braid, cut the old line just above the knot and leave the old knot on the hook eye. Slide it down to the eyelet gap before retying. This can prevent the new knot from slipping into the gap of the hook eye, and may reduce break offs when setting the hook on your next fish.
