Hey guys, I'm new here to Bass Resource. I've been using it for information for awhile, and I figured I'd finally make an account.

I'm 16 years old from Southeastern Minnesota and I'm fairly new to bass fishing. I have been fishing for my whole life, but I've been learning about bass and they've been my main focus for about 2 years now. Last year I bought my first kayak and a couple weeks ago I purchased my first boat. I usually fish the Mississippi River backwaters, or smaller lakes. I usually take one trip to Northern Minnesota every summer.

My favorite way to fish for bass is using a jig or lipless crankbaits. See you guys around the forums, good luck and tight lines!

Hey MNBASS Guy,

I'm in South Florida for 3 years now, but originally from ILLINOIS. I like Largemouth Bass, but man do I miss those Walleye. Don't ever take the walleye and the rest of the diverse fishery you have up there for granted. I can taste that walleye now. Anyway, good luck to you.

Oh I know, I get out walleye fishing a few times every year. We have family up by Devil's Lake, ND, which is a world-class walleye fishery, so we take a couple trips up there every summer. Fun times!
