Feedback after a transaction in the Flea Market

I thought I saw somewhere that you can give positive feedback after a transaction in the flea market.

How do you do this?

Also, how can you search for a member's profile?

I can't figure out how to find the guy I purchased from besides in our messages and I can't figure out where to click to view his profile.
