My dad is thinking about buying a factory reconditioned 859.  It only has a 90 day warranty vs the standard 2 yr.  Does anybody have experience with a factory reconditioned unit?  What kind of condition was it in?  clearly used or looked like new?  Any problems?

It is one their "closeouts" right off their website? if so, I have purchased two of those closeouts and both looked brand new to me and have worked flawlessly for years.
