Arcia has kind of lessened the impact though given his stellar play thus far for the Braves. Sure do miss him. Shuster better put together a clean game next time out or he should be sent back down. Albies needs to get the bat going as well. 2 Quote

I like that you are always watching, reminds me of my brother but he’s a fan of your bitter rival haha. He went to the home opener in Philly this week 1 Quote

Hoskins going down was a big blow, but man they're loaded. ATL is 6-2 after last night's loss. Brewers and Rays are off to a little hotter start according to the power rankings IIrc. 1 Quote

It's such a grind I'd imagine for these guys come the end of summer. 1 Quote
Super User AlabamaSpothunter Posted April 11, 2023 Super User Posted April 11, 2023 Gonna be a struggle for the Braves for a few weeks, but how can you not love a finish like that! 1 Quote

Man that sucks about Adam Duvall. Hate that he left the Braves, but he just couldn't produce last year. Hope he returns in peak form for you guys. Such a class act. 1 Quote
Super User Jar11591 Posted April 16, 2023 Super User Posted April 16, 2023 Braves still rolling. Hopefully the pitching settles in, because the offense is on fire! 2 Quote

Birds down 4 zip at the end of the first because grayson rodriguez couldnt command anything. After the first inning he was what all orioles fans were hoping for. The next 4 innings he was magnificient with his splitter and fastball. Birds win 8 to 4. 1 Quote

One of the first real ace starts they've had this year. whole pitching staff last night was incredible. Dylan Lee sitting down 6 straight, most on Ks was super impressive. They need to pay the Padres back. Grissom might not ever be a good SS, but he'll always stay in the Majors because of how mature that bat of his is. He's a fantastic hitter, and a terrible fielder lol. 1 Quote

With a little better pitching, the O’s are contenders. That line-up puts runs on the board. Plus they walk frequently and steal bases with speed. They are an entertaining ballclub this year! 1 Quote

He’s putting a competitive team together and with some decent pitching we’d be contenders. It’s still early. Quote
Super User BrianMDTX Posted April 22, 2023 Super User Posted April 22, 2023 Three games. One run given up. Unusual blown save by Bautista sets up the walk-off. Starting and relief pitching getting it done. Especially as run production dropped like a dead bird lol. A slim 0.5 game up for 2nd place in the AL East ahead of the Stankeys and Boo Jays. I’ll take it! 2 Quote
a1712 Posted April 23, 2023 Posted April 23, 2023 How about them battling Bucs!!!! They're usually mathematically eliminated from the playoffs by now. Brian.....I suffer the Bucs every season. 1 1 Quote
