I hope they do.  When the Red Sox finally broke their curse, it was great...   Can't say the same of recent years, but they've won 3 in my lifetime....   Good luck to the Cubbies this year...

I haven't followed baseball in some time but I hope the Cubs win it all. It would be good for baseball that has been losing viewers for a while.

The Cubs are a stacked team, no doubt about that. Young and hungry to win. They went further than expected last year and adding some older talent to fill in as captains will only help (zobrist). I expect to see the Cubs go far, but the Crown stays in KC! Lmbo!!!

I agree the Cubs have a great team on paper. They are the prohibitive favorite in their division, but the Cards and Pirates will not go easy. It is what makes baseball such a great sport that it is impossible to know how a team will perform regardless of talent. The Cubs have a long history...

It is hard to bet against the Cardinals in that division.

When I was watching the game it looked like the ball bounced and got stuck between the mat and the wall, then as he threw his hands up it fell out... Not sure though, if it did get stuck between the mat and wall for even a split second then he had the right to throw his hands up.
