The Keitech tears up really fast, I'm wondering if there is an Elaztech version. That is Zman technology?. It is really tough, stretchy plastic. I love their worms. I think Strike King also licensed some Elaztech baits. Zman alone has a LOT of different swimbaits with the paddle tail. Perhaps their DieZel MinnowZ might work.

Anyone aware of a Swing Impact like bait with Elaztech?

Also, I like the Keitech Swing Impact Fat. Does anyone use the Swing Impact, not the Fat? If so, why? One thing I see is that the Fat, in the larger sizes... it's thicker, so, I am concerned about hookset when fished weedless, getting the hook through all that plastic. I have bought some different swimbait hooks to try.

Swing Impact Fat has a lot more action than the Swing Impact. When I want a more subdued action, especially in cold water, I use the swing impacts. They are a lot cheaper too! There's something special about those baits that makes me not care about the price.

Z-man doesn't have anything real similar, but they do have several different swimbaits that do work very well.  try looking at there website to see if anything interests you.

There isn't a soft swimbait on the market that will match the Keitech at slow speeds and have the durability you're wanting.  It's just something you have to deal with if you want to use them. Buy some Mend-it. Gotta pay to play /w these.

You have a good idea but its already kinda dumb that a lot of companys copy each other so much. Ive seen keitech knock offs that are identical and even have the flat square belly and are symetrical. They cant duplicate the soft or weak as you mught put it, recipie for the rubber concoction they use. Kietech with a spring lock will last alot longer than any senko. Idk I've caught pike off a kietech and still used them a  week later and cight bass off them. I know they are softer plastic but i dont care. GO to z man's website. They have alot of different swim baits and I will use them this year too as I've bought the paddlerZ and deseil minnowz  but absolutely nothing will work at super super slow speeds like a keitech. Any species of fish will follow a keitech its weird but it would be boring to fish that all year long.

Your question is silly. It's like asking if we can put rage tails on a Gary product. They are two different brands and have differences. I just got a pack of razor shadz which look like they could be way better than any fluke type bait I have but that doesn't mean I won't use zoom or bass assassin flukes and I always have and love them too.

Football and soccer feilds use grass even though it gets ruined quickly. Yes they can go to turf and it will last forever but sometimes teams like tradition and don't mind replacing the grass every year for any number of reasons.

Kietech swing impact for me. I do just fine not paying the extra for the FATS. Also Mendit is a must, as you will save money on kietechs.

I've had good success with the Diesel MinnowZ on a 1/4oz jighead or on the back of a bladed jig. Last year, I used the same Diesel Minnow on the back of a bladed jig for almost the entire year, caught well over 100 fish on it, before I had to retire it. They have a more subtle action than the Kietechs, but are still a very good bait. The MinnowZ are a good option if you want something a little smaller.

"The cost of doing business" comes to mind. Keitech produces a seemingly fragile bait for one reason and one reason only - to catch fish. And these baits accomplish that task splendidly. I especially enjoy slow rolling one on a heavier jig head (3/4 oz.) from shallow to deeper water. Very effective for smallies in pre-spawn.
