Hi guys, i'd like to know the difference between these 2 rods.

Is it only the 1 inch difference in lenght?

My use would be reaction baits like mid cranks, spinnerbaits, chatterbaits, soft swimbaits etc....

I would be pairing it with a Daiwa T3 MX.

In Europe is impossible to find the 711 MHRB, eventually I would ship it from the U.S. would it be worth it to pay shipping and taxes for the 711?

Thanks for the help

What's the other rod? I only see one mentioned.

Never mind I see it in your tags above. Yes it looks like are exactly the same except 1" different size.

It'n not a true regular like an american rod would feel

From what I understand regular in Japanese rods is more like a moderate action in American rods.

I'd like to see some comments written by people who tried both rods

I have the 771 mrb and I found the regular action to be more like a mod fast to fast.

I stopped using it for crankbaits but the action would be good for spinnerbaits and the like.

Yes the only difference between the 711mhrb and the 721mhrb is 1" in length. The both are rated for 1/4 to 1 ounce lures. Same rod otherwise. It is curious to why make the same rod only 1" different.
