Hannock Posted March 11, 2016 Posted March 11, 2016 I like to sometimes take a peek at Amazon. I just bought a Abu Pro Max3-L from the official Abu retailer though amazon and saved about $10-15. Plus, I have amazon prime so that 2 day free shipping is such a nice perk that other online retailers don't offer. Quote

The Gander Mountain deal has an edge because they're offering a $15 eGift card plus if I had to i could drive to one of their stores that's a little under 2 hours away from me but if their service is considerably poorer than that of TW then it might not be worth it. paul. Posted March 11, 2016 Posted March 11, 2016 i've ordered from both and both are fine. i'd say go with the one who offers the best deal on the product you want. maybe it's a mistake on my part, but i've always been more concerned about what kind of deal i'm getting on the purchase than about what kind of service i'm likely to get after. when you're talking about service after the sale, more than we realize, it depends a lot on the person you're dealing with rather than the company. i'm sure some folks that work for both places are extremely nice and accommodating and easy to deal with. I am equally sure that some folks who work for both places are probably not. if someone gives you a hard time over what you think is a legitimate issue, keep nicely asking to talk to their boss until the problem is resolved. chances are everything will be fine then.
