I make my own but haven't really found one rig to be better than another. I prefer the ones with 4 outer arms and one inner arm. I fish mine on 20lb copolymer so the same size fluoro should be fine. I pour my own swimbait heads and use mostly 1/8oz or 1/4oz depending on depth. Keitech swing impacts, BPS Speed Shads, or Zoom swimming flukes are my favorite baits to put on them.

The YUM Yumbrella Flash Mob Jr. is the one I buy if I'm having to buy one. Make sure it's the junior, the regular flash mob is like trying to reel in a barge.

I use hog farmer bladed rigs, they use the best components.  Man it sure does hurt to lose them though.  I lost 2 two weeks ago and 1 Sunday, that's about $130 between rigs, jigheads and swimbaits.  At least the smallies were eating it.  I like keitech, big hammers, big bite cane thumpers, or skinny dipper swimbaits.  I use 20# yo zuri hybrid but after losing a few rigs I am considering going up to 25# FC or back to braid.  Haven't decided yet.
