Who has these? Ive been looking at one for a few years now but thats it.  Seems when i research them i get mixed reveiws on if it fogs or not. Im looking at them due to my eyes tearing up when at speed in the boat. I tried old ski goggles but didnt help much due to my need for Rx glasses.  I know alot of folks prefer a motorcycle helmet but they take up too much room to store.

You can get goggles that fit over your prescription glasses.   I've got 2.  One is a fairly expensive Bolle brand.   I've had them for a long time.  2001 or so.  The clear lenses were hard to find.  I found them at a Bushnell Factory Outlet store. They work with my clear glasses for when take off is at dawn and later in the day when I'm wearing my prescription shades.  I guess Bolle and Bushness are connected business wise somehow.   I got a somewhat cheaper set of goggles at BPS several years ago.  I found them in the ATV department.  They work OK and fit over my glasses.   There aren't any fogging issues with either set.   I prefer the Bolle brand because it has a buckle in the back and is more adjustable than the elastic strap on the less expensive BPS brand.

I have a Save Phace mask also.   It works ok and fits over whatever glasses I'm wearing.   Again, finding the clear lens was the hard part.

I got mine at a boat dealer and had to go through many masks to find one with the clear lenses.   Smoked or yellow lenses were easy to find.

Something to remember, no matter what brand of goggles or face mask you get is to be careful where you're looking once you are underway.  Once you are up and on plane at speed, if you turn your head sideways to look at something the wind can catch them different and re arrange them on your face, if not blow them off.   This has happened to me a couple of times.   I never lost the face mask or the goggles, but it did get moved around some on my face.   Make sure you wear your glasses straps.  I wasn't so much worried about losing a set of goggles, but a good set of prescription sun glasses, that is a different issue.    Easy fix - just when you turn your head, hold on to your goggles.

There you got it, my experiences with goggles - face masks and prescription glasses.

I have a Save Phace and love it. Whole face protection that is comfortable to wear. Doing 20 minutes runs at 60mph in 27 degree weather was no issue.

When i am wearing mine i have a hood across it and completely covered around the edges. Never had a problem with it moving on me.

I have one and love it. Got it dirt cheap from bass pro when they were on sale, and came with tinted and clear lenses. I was doing 64 mph and hit a seagull, it hit my lowrance at the bow, and then hit my face. Not sure what damage would have been done to my face if I wasn't wearing the mask.

We have them.

My son wears his more often than I do......but it does work great.....especially if it starts to rain. That is the main reason I have one.....them drops of water hurt when you're going zoom zoom.

Oakley makes goggles with clear lenses which is truly a benefit at first light.  I didn't have the same experience with Save Phace shields as mentioned above.  Froze the top of my melon off on those 30 degree days and went with a motorcycle helmet.  Yeah, it's a hassle to store, but if it's cold or raining IMO there's nothing better....

I have one and it's a lifesaver when I'm fishing during the winter for those below freezing temps running across the lake first thing in the morning.

I also have one and love it. Wouldn't go fishing without one now!

Pulled the trigger and got one. Got to use it on a 4 day tri to eufaula and overall i really liked it, but could use a few tweaks. Had a problem with my lens fogging over but i found it was my rx glasses, not the mask.  Only other complaint was water from rain didnt bead up and run off at speed like i thought it would. May try a lil rainx on outside to help this. Either way it sure beat rain hitting my face. My other thing was i feel it needs a bill on it over the lens to help with sun glare on sunny days. I had to fight holding my hand over to block sun, stear boat, and operate throttle with only 2 hands. No big deal for most nowdays, but we have no hotfoot or power steering on the boat.

Overall i like it and plan to keep using it regularly.
