Hey does anyone know what color of curly tail this is from mistertwister? It looks like chartuese with a white core and flake.I know it's not their chartuese flake. The only other option they have that it could be is neon chartuese flake but it looks nothing like their pictures. I called them and the lady didn't know anything about their colors. I asked them if they stopped making any colors and she said they hadn't in at least 5 years. I bought a 100 pack of these from them 3 years ago. Does anyone know what it is?

THIS THREAD IS WORTHLESS WITHOUT PICTURES.

Hey I originally posted to include a pic but it wouldn't let me. Says the file is to big. How do I post it? I also have their chartuese flake already and it's not the same. Thanks

Welcome aboard!

On your computer, you need to open the pic and
save as a JPEG so it shrinks down the file. Not sure
if you're trying to upload from a mobile phone, but
newer ones have larger picture files due to higher
megapixels. So you need to shrink it before uploading.

Ive been using them for years for walleye and never seen a chart/white core... Id like to have that color though!!!

Sometimes they do special runs for different retailers, could have been one of those that they had excess in and sold off on their site. Explaines the bulk packaging and CS not knowing the color.

I can do ya a solid with a picture of the 2" version. The reason you may be having a hard time finding them, the grub in the pic is 15-20 years old. No clue on the color name, was just sitting in my crappie box.

I think when I bought the grub in the picture it came in a pack of 2 and 3" grubs in Chartreuse white core, pink white core and blue white core. I can't say that I have seen them in a long time, but since we don't vacation on a crappie lake anymore I don't use a lot of small grubs.

Well I can't figure out for the life of me figure out how to shrink a pic on my phone but yes the pic above is similar to what I have is except mine is much more chartreuse than yellow. Might just be the light hitting it wrong. Mine are 3" I bought them 3 years ago from them in a package that still has the mister Twister logo across the paper on top of the bag. I use them for walleye too and I swear I connect with more walleye and white bass with them than I do with a regular chartreuse flake, that's why I want to replenish my stock so bad. Ill keep looking. Thanks

Pretty sure color 196 is the one you are looking for, if you give Mr Twister that number, hopefully they can help you out. A word of caution, that same number on cabelas does not have the white core. They may have changed it at some point to drop the white core, I thought they were the neon colors.

Blemished color maybe...Mr. Twister will often keep mistakes or they end up on Ebay....or other sites...That could also be an Exude Grub, same company, only marketed toward Saltwater....I am not sure if they make that color anymore, but it looks like a pearl white with black flake and some Motor Oil color on the outside..I am sure you can find that or have it custom made...Or just dip a salt and pepper grub in watermelon colored Spike it worm dye..It comes out that color actually.
