BIG M Posted November 18, 2010 Posted November 18, 2010 A few pics from this week's work. A mixed bag of different body styles. Quote
Steven Ladner Posted November 18, 2010 Posted November 18, 2010 Don't think I've seen the red/white pattern yet, looks good. Quote
Fishwhittler Posted November 18, 2010 Posted November 18, 2010 Very nice work Big M. Those first two are very sharp. 8-) Quote
Super User Jigfishn10 Posted November 18, 2010 Super User Posted November 18, 2010 Nice BIG M, I would have a tough time picking a fav. Quote
whittler Posted November 18, 2010 Posted November 18, 2010 As usual Marty, clean uncomplicated baits that will simply catch bass. Quote
Jim45498 Posted November 18, 2010 Posted November 18, 2010 as usual..very nice Marty. I especially like the green top.. white side with the longer bill. Quote

SkilletSizeBass. Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 Needed my shades for this batch. Marty, is pic 2 your chocolate shad, looks similar? I like # 2 & 3 Sweet. Quote
nanticoke Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 Nice batch Marty, had some good day's this fall with the baits you made me earlier this year. Quote
BIG M Posted November 19, 2010 Author Posted November 19, 2010 Pic 2 is my version of chocolate shad and I love to hear success stories. Quote
Owasco Posted November 22, 2010 Posted November 22, 2010 How can i get my hands on a couple of those? Do you sell them? Quote
Bass Dude Posted December 7, 2010 Posted December 7, 2010 I'm sure you said it at some point on the forum, but what type of bodies are you using. Are they repaints of factory cranks or do you get the blank unpainted bodies from somewhere?? Quote
BIG M Posted December 7, 2010 Author Posted December 7, 2010 Bass Dude, all the bodies are hand carved/sanded by me. I build everything you see on the baits. Quote
Bass Dude Posted December 7, 2010 Posted December 7, 2010 Bass Dude, all the bodies are hand carved/sanded by me. I build everything you see on the baits. I'm even more impressed!!! The paint is awesome, the hand carved bodies are mind blowing. I struggle with that a lot. I can carve the shape, but they always run like crap. I've moved on to creating and pouring my own plastics...I'll leave the cranks to the masters!! Quote
