punch skirts/jig tying

I have searched everywhere and can not find out to make punch skirts and how to tie skirts on jigs. Can anybody point me in the right direction. Looks like a fun hobby to get me thru this long winter months. thanks

]Here is where to buy the punch hubs and skriting....I am sure a small ziptie would work, or wire of some sort. another site has a jig tying video...Hope this helps!

PM me your e-mail, and I can help you with everything you need. Including a list to make your own punch skirts and hand tying. I use thread.
