Well, this website kept popping up as results to my Google searches, so I figured I needed to join.  I've been fishing for about 15-20 years now and got into kayak fishing last year.  Absolutely love it.  Picked up a 2014 Jackson Kilroy.  I used to get stuck bank fishing and now I can hit a lot of cool spots.

I look forward to exploring this site and hopefully learning a thing or two.

Hey, welcome.

I live in Conway and float and fish the Buffalo often in the summer. Maybe I'll see you out there.

Awesome, man.  I'm in LR.  I'll be floating the Buffalo in May.  We are going from the HWY14 bridge all the way to Shipp's Ferry on the White and doing the entire lower wilderness section.  It's an awesome float.

That's cool. That is the only section I haven't floated, Rush landing to the White river. I've heard that is where the best fishing is. I'm hoping to fish Crooked Creek this year too. Check out Cadron Creek too, it's just north of Greenbrier and is a pretty fun float.

Will do.  I've heard of Cadron and Crooked, but never been on either.  The Rush to White float is nice, but that 18" minimum is a killer.  We caught more fish on the Rush to White trip, but we caught bigger fish on the Gilbert to HWY14 float.  Go figure.  The lower wilderness is the Blue Ribbon Trophy area too.
