crankbank Posted February 22, 2016 Posted February 22, 2016 Hey Guys, I am planning to mount a new depth finder on my console and am looking for a mount that will let me completely adjust and level the graph. I like this mount, as it would let me swing the graph around for front deck viewing. My only issue is that it doesn't appear to let me level the graph and as it will not be mounted on a completely flat surface- I don't see how I will be able to adjust the graph to not be crooked when it is facing me. Is there an additional ball mount I can buy to let me level out the graph? or are there better mounts out there that will allow for full movement? I appreciate any feedback! http://www.rammount.com/part/RAM-109H-1U Quote
Super User Wayne P. Posted February 22, 2016 Super User Posted February 22, 2016 With a slanted mount surface, you are limited with what is available and have the flexibility that you want. Either the short or long arm RAM D 111 that has the rubber balls. 1 Quote
Super User WIGuide Posted February 25, 2016 Super User Posted February 25, 2016 I'd probably go with wayne's suggestion and just get the normal ram mount, however they do have the swing mount you're looking for with a ball adapter on the end. http://www.rammount.com/part/RAM-109H-G1U Quote
