Buddy caught a giant bass out in the land of the giants. Throwing a texas rig in open water. They eat good out here!

Very healthy fish coming out of there. The balance between prey & predator must be perfect.

Jeez. It would take 2 fantastic tournaments added up to hit those weights around here. Most likely 3.

Sew some laces on that thing & you'll have a football.

7.6?! Wow, I'd have guessed higher, but then I can't
figure the weight. That's still seriously respectable!

That said, I've caught 6 pound bass that were fatter
than an overinflated football which I thought were
closer to the 7 pound range.

Needless to say, that bass is a roly poly, a weeble
that wobbles and won't fall down!!! Congrats!

Was thing even able to fight? Did you have to cut the wall out of its house to transport it to the boat?

Did it have a half eaten Twinkle in its mouth?

7.6lbs and 20" long? Has to be something close to that length if that fish is only 7.6. That thing is just plain dumb.

I can just see that fish dragging along the bottom as it swims.
